Payment and Invoice: Billing name, legal or natural person address, tax identification number where provided, and payment transaction reference. Full card number (PAN) and CVC are transmitted directly to the payment provider (İşbank Sanal POS / NestPay) and are not stored by Essydo Politics. For renewals and customer support, the platform may store limited card metadata provided by the payment provider (for example card brand, last four digits, expiry month/year) and a recurring-payment token or reference. (Legal bases: performance of contract and legal obligation for invoicing and tax.)
Transaction Security and Connection Log: IP address, session information, download and access logs. (System security, inspection of account sharing and data scraping, legal registration obligations - Legitimate Interest).

Within the platform's technical operations, payment security, communications and content processes, personal data may be processed by or transferred to the following categories of recipients:
Domestic (Türkiye): Payment collection via İşbank Sanal POS / NestPay (card data is transmitted to the bank's systems). Application and database hosting with the Seller's Türkiye-based infrastructure providers.
European Union: Brevo (France/EU) for transactional and marketing email and related contact lists, where you have opted in or where the message is necessary to perform the contract.
United States of America / other: OpenAI for automated security moderation of user comments and, where needed, as a translation fallback; Anthropic (Claude) and Google Gemini for translation (including on-demand translation of user comments) and for editorial news-generation tools used by staff. Google, Apple and LinkedIn when you choose to sign in with those providers (identity and email as provided by the provider). Expo and browser push infrastructures (for example Web Push via VAPID) when you enable push notifications on mobile or web. Embedded third-party media (for example YouTube or Instagram) may set their own cookies or load remote content when you view embeds.
Our company stores data for the legal periods required by the processing purposes. While the financial data of users whose subscriptions end continues to be kept due to tax laws, unnecessary data is deleted within the framework of KVKK destruction policies. (For example, our company absolutely does not request or store unnecessary data such as Social Security Numbers).
Pursuant to KVKK Article 11, Users have the right to learn whether their data is processed, request its details, correct it if incomplete/incorrect, receive information about domestic/cross-border transfer, and request its deletion within legal limits. You can submit your requests to info@essydo.com.
Invoices for paid subscriptions are issued manually by the Seller and made available to the Buyer (for example via the dashboard or email). The Seller does not use an automated e-invoice connector; no personal data is sent to an e-invoice software vendor for that purpose automatically.
Users who register, check out, enable notifications or leave comments are informed of these transfers through this policy and related consent checkboxes.
