Terms of Use

These Terms of Use regulate the use of the website and subscription platform ("Site") managed by Essydo Politics ("Company") by all visitors and subscribers ("User"). The Site offers paid digital research reports (Türkiye Desk, Global Risk Report, etc.) for corporate and individual audiences, free journalism and scientific content and free content for marketing purposes.

Essydo's Quarterly Report is a free promotional service; it is sent via email and is not subject to paid subscription contracts.

Original services such as “Custom Political Analysis”, “Political Forecasting”, “Political Advice” and “Policy Implementation” are not sold via the website and are subject to separate contracts.

The Company reserves the right to freely determine its services on the platform and to whom it will provide services in line with its own political and business policies.

The user account is specific to the individual or registered institution. Sharing account information with third parties is strictly prohibited. If the Company detects that this rule has been violated (unusual IP traffic, complaint, etc.), it reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the User account without prior notice and without providing a fee refund.

Trademark Rights: The "ESSYDO" trademark is registered and protected on behalf of Emre Şentürk before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (Registration No: 2025 010600). The use of the brand name, logos and corporate identity elements in any medium without the prior written permission of the Company is strictly prohibited.

The intellectual property rights of all content on the Site (paid and free reports, political analyses, news, articles, videos, designs and software) belong to the Company. The usage limits provided to the User are as follows:

Use of Free Content: Free news, articles, videos, analyses and reports offered on the platform; cannot be reproduced, distributed, translated into other languages or reused in any way by changing their meaning and without appropriately citing the source (without attribution) without the prior permission of the Company.

Use and Sharing Limits of Paid Reports:

Access to paid reports is granted only to the account that purchased the subscription and to users expressly authorised under that subscription tier, as follows:

Individual plan: access is limited to the natural person who holds the account. Sharing report files or dashboard access with any third party is prohibited.

The reports, political analyses, and forecasts on the Site do not constitute investment, legal or financial advice. The Company cannot be held responsible for the consequences of commercial/personal decisions made based on this information.

Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer: Artificial intelligence tools. User comments may be sent to OpenAI for automated security moderation. Comments may also be translated on demand using Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini and, where needed, OpenAI as a fallback; the translated text is shown to users who request another language. Staff editorial tools may use Anthropic, Gemini and OpenAI to draft or translate news and analyses before human review and publication. Essydo Politics applies human oversight to published editorial content and does not guarantee that automated systems are error-free. Direct or indirect damages arising solely from rare AI-related inaccuracies are limited as set out in the Terms of Use.

User comments made under news or articles on the platform must comply with applicable laws and moral rules. The Company uses advanced inspection structures to purify the platform from content containing illegal, insulting or hate speech.

Right of Recourse (Indemnification): Due to illegal user content published by bypassing the supervised purification layers, any official administrative fines, compensation claims and legal process expenses that the Company may incur will be directly recurred to the User who created the content in question (will be compensated from them).

The Company does not guarantee that the platform will be accessible full-time without interruption. The Company is not responsible for possible commercial damages or data losses that may arise from the inability to access the platform or reports due to system updates, server maintenance, cyber attacks or force majeure.
